- Remove the fish's gills and stomach dirt, then wash it clean. Cover with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes, then wash again until clean. Set aside.
- In a container, mix the marinade and ground spices then stir well. Put the catfish in it and rub it all over its body evenly. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Heat lots of oil. While waiting, drain the catfish and set aside the marinade. In a bowl, combine all the creme ingredients and stir well until there are no lumps.
- Fry all the catfish until cooked and dry. Lift and drain.
- Fry the cremesan by pouring it slowly and spreading it all over the pan. Cook until dry and brown. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
- The way to make Kremesan so that it becomes grainy is to pour the Kremesan mixture from a distance of 30 cm on a frying pan filled with hot oil.
