  1. Remove the fish's gills and stomach dirt, then wash it clean. Cover with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes, then wash again until clean. Set aside.
  2. In a container, mix the marinade and ground spices then stir well. Put the catfish in it and rub it all over its body evenly. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat lots of oil. While waiting, drain the catfish and set aside the marinade. In a bowl, combine all the creme ingredients and stir well until there are no lumps.
  4. Fry all the catfish until cooked and dry. Lift and drain.
  5. Fry the cremesan by pouring it slowly and spreading it all over the pan. Cook until dry and brown. Lift and drain.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. The way to make Kremesan so that it becomes grainy is to pour the Kremesan mixture from a distance of 30 cm on a frying pan filled with hot oil.
