Ice Cream French Toast
This delightfully crisp edged, custardy French toast only needs three ingredients; melted ice cream, Brioche bread, and butter. It is utterly perfect and so easy to make!

Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream onto a plate and allow it to thaw at room temperature. Alternatively, you can warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir smooth.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Swirl to coat the pan. Place a slice of bread in the ice cream and turn to coat both sides. Transfer the bread to the hot skillet. Repeat with a second slice of bread.
- Allow the bread to cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side of each slice for about 2 minutes more.
- Transfer the cooked French toast to a plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining butter and bread. Serve the last slices on the plate that held the melted ice cream.
- Serve warm with the toppings of your choice.
