  1. Preheat the oven to 325℉.
  2. Place one egg in each well of a muffin tray—you do not need to fill all of the wells.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on your desired doneness.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice water.
  5. Transfer the cooked eggs to the ice water and let rest for 10 minutes to stop cooking process.
  6. Gently tap the shells on the counter and peel the eggs under cool running water.
