  1. To a high-speed blender, add all daiquiri ingredients (including the lesser amount of rum if you are using it) and blend on high for ~1 minute until smooth. Taste and adjust, adding more maple syrup to balance tartness or rum for a stronger drink.
  2. Divide between your favorite cocktail glasses and garnish the rim with a slice of peach or pineapple, a lime wedge, or fresh mint leaves, or add a cocktail umbrella! Soak in the vacation vibes and enjoy!
  3. Best when fresh. If there’s any leftover (we doubt it!), we suggest freezing in a popsicle mold.
