  1. Pie Crust: Crush the milk biscuits using a chopper, add the melted margarine. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Put the biscuits into the pie mold, press all over the surface until solid. Set aside.
  3. Caramel Layer: heat granulated sugar until it becomes caramel, then add liquid whipping cream. Stir until there are no lumps. Continue to cook until thickened. Once thickened, add the margarine, stir well until the margarine is melted. Turn off the heat.
  4. Pour the caramel layer into the pie crust, chill briefly in the refrigerator until the caramel solidifies. Then arrange the banana slices on top of the caramel.
  5. Cover the surface with whipping cream that has been shaken stiffly, then sprinkle with shaved dark cooking chocolate.
  6. Leave it in the refrigerator until cold, the banoffee is ready to be served.
  7. You can also replace the shaved chocolate topping with instant coffee powder on top of the whipped cream.
