  1. Heat the steamer. Grease the tray cake mold with a thin layer of oil. Set aside.
  2. In a container, mix all ingredients B while stirring with a whisk until evenly mixed. Set aside.
  3. In a container, mix the mashed banana with granulated sugar, salt, thick coconut milk and water. Mix well then set aside.
  4. In another container, sift the rice flour and flour.
  5. Make a hole in the center of the mound of flour. Pour the banana mixture and a few drops of yellow coloring into the middle of the flour, while continuing to stir with a whisk until mixed evenly and there are no lumps. Add the banana pieces, then stir again until smooth.
  6. Pour the banana mixture into the tray cake mold until it is 2/3 full.
  7. Steam for 20 minutes until cooked. Lift and remove from the steamer.
  8. Prick the surface of the talam cake with a fork.
  9. Pour mixture B onto the tray cake until the mold is full. Top with banana slices.
  10. Steam again for 25-30 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool. Remove the cake from the mold.
  11. Ready to be served.

This talam cake mold is heat resistant, does not break easily, and can also be used to mold jelly, putu cakes, pudding, and so on. 3. Cakes can be molded using a baking sheet or heat-resistant plate. When serving, just cut the cake into small squares.
