Instructions

  1. Wash the lungs clean then rinse with lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash again until clean. Set aside.
  2. Heat some oil. Saute ground spices with bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.
  3. Enter the lungs. Stir well.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and add the grated coconut. Stir well.
  5. Season with salt and sugar. Stir well then cook over low heat until the coconut milk has reduced and the lungs are soft. Turn off the heat.
  6. Heat the oil. Just fry the lungs for a while. Lift and drain.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Choose a part of beef lung that doesn't have veins so it will be softer when cooked. 2. To save time, beef lungs can also be boiled with spices using a pressure cooker.
