  2. Stir together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
  3. Beat the egg, then put the tofu in the beaten egg, then coat the tofu with flour. Roll the tofu until the flour is evenly distributed on every surface of the tofu.
  4. Prepare the stove over medium heat then heat the oil then fry the tofu until cooked.
  5. 1. Make sure the tofu is completely submerged in the oil so that it produces maximum crispiness and cooks evenly. 2.
