Instructions
- In a container, combine all ingredients and seasonings, except oil and water. Mix well.
- Take a piece of dumpling skin, add 1 tsp of dough, seal the edges with a little water with your finger, then fold/shape according to taste.
- Do this until the dough runs out.
- Heat lots of oil. Fry the dumplings over low heat until golden brown. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Chicken and shrimp can be replaced with fish or beef, according to taste. 2. After mixing all the ingredients into a dough, do a taste test by frying a piece of the mixture and tasting it. Correct the seasoning before wrapping the dough in wonton skin. 3. Use low heat when frying because the dumpling skin is very thin so it cooks quickly and burns easily. Use a GM Bear Frying Pan (See Lazada DISCOUNT) so you can fry lots of dumplings at once. No need to worry about the dumplings not being cooked evenly, because this pan is specially designed with non-stick material and even heat for each dish. 4. If not served immediately, the dumplings can be stored in an airtight container to keep them crunchy. Put the dumplings in a container when they are cold and drain.
